The vending machine was OUT of snacks late at night. A real tragedy. the advertised city views from my room? More like a view of the building next door. It's fine, I guess. I just wish it was what I hoped FOR. The hotel also lacked on-site parking, so finding a spot nearby was a small adventure. I suppose this is what I get for not checking beforehand.

The staff was helpful and attentive. I liked that they offered umbrellas when it rained. the hotel location is central, near the christmas market. my room was clean, and i appreciated the kitchenette. i found the hotel to be very new and modern.

The staff were helpful. Elvis and zahin were especially friendly. they provided support to. the location was perfect as i was here to explore christmas markets, and everything was within walking distance.
i found that breakfast was not available at the hotel. parking was also unavailable at the premises. the air conditioning in my room did not work properly, so it was very hot.

The room was lovely. It had a fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery. i found this very accommodating as i don't normally get these in a hotel. i was very happy, the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a comfortable and appreciated experience.
the hotel is in a perfect location though the parking was expensive.

I enjoyed my time in the Beautiful Double Room Balcony , the bed featured a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom included a clear window with a privacy curtain, which suited our needs well. A powerful shower with both hair and shower gel was available. the balcony added a nice touch. The front desk staff were cute and offered helpful tips about local restaurants.
The lack of parking at the hotel was an issue. It would have been convenient to have on-site parking or validated parking at a nearby garage.

The location allowed easy access to the Heinzels Christmas market and the Lint Chocolate museum. The riverside , the cathedral , and a shopping area were also a short walk away. A brau house and a variety of restaurants are nearby.
