vending machine city views
The vending machine was OUT of snacks late at night. A real tragedy. the advertised city views from my room? More like a view of the building next door. It's fine, I guess. I just wish it was what I hoped FOR. The hotel also lacked on-site parking, so finding a spot nearby was a small adventure. I suppose this is what I get for not checking beforehand.

attentive staff central location clean room modern hotel
The staff was helpful and attentive. I liked that they offered umbrellas when it rained. the hotel location is central, near the christmas market. my room was clean, and i appreciated the kitchenette. i found the hotel to be very new and modern.
the hotel had no breakfast available.

My room had a balcony overlooking the city. It was a beautiful double room. i noted there was also floor heating. the room included a small kitchenette, complete with a microwave, and sufficient storage for my belongings.

lovely room helpful staff accommodating experience
The room was lovely. It had a fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery. i found this very accommodating as i don't normally get these in a hotel. i was very happy, the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a comfortable and appreciated experience.
the hotel is in a perfect location though the parking was expensive.

The reception was friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful. The staff went out of their way to bake fresh croissants for my early departure. this was a kind gesture, i appreciated it a lot.

Wonderful City Stay
memory foam mattress helpful staff
I enjoyed my time in the Beautiful Double Room Balcony , the bed featured a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom included a clear window with a privacy curtain, which suited our needs well. A powerful shower with both hair and shower gel was available. the balcony added a nice touch. The front desk staff were cute and offered helpful tips about local restaurants.
The lack of parking at the hotel was an issue. It would have been convenient to have on-site parking or validated parking at a nearby garage.

The location allowed easy access to the Heinzels Christmas market and the Lint Chocolate museum. The riverside , the cathedral , and a shopping area were also a short walk away. A brau house and a variety of restaurants are nearby.

My room featured tea and coffee making facilities. The room included a microwave oven, and a fridge was also available. Overall , the room felt very clean and well kept. The decor made the space very cute.

The service at the front desk was excellent. The staff were courteous and professional, addressing any questions promptly. Their willingness to assist. They always greeted me with a smile.
